Council packet for Jan. 6, 2016
The packet for the first regular council meeting of 2016 is now available for viewing/downloading at the town website. At the present time it consists of an agenda, and draft minutes from the most recent council and planning commission meetings. A copy is available on Drive.

Packet information for this week's P&Z and Council meetings
Other tasks distracted me from posting links to information for this week's meetings in a timely fashion; mea culpa!
Last night's P&Z meeting featured a review of notification requirements found in the various land use ordinances. However, the revised schedule was not included in the December 1, 2015 packet. It was provided when the meeting commenced, but neither that document nor the meeting audio have been posted yet at the town website.
Tonight's Town Council meeting features approval of the Findings of Fact for the denial of the hotel variance appeal as well as a closed session pertaining to Town Councilor Chuck Ring's pending litigation against the Town of Edgewood. Draft Findings are included in the December 2, 2015 packet information.
