More links added to the Water & Wastewater page
I've added links for all the council minutes located through 2013 to the page and have placed markers between years. So far, I have located only one mention of the wastewater plant in 2013 minutes. However, there may be items which I missed. Readers will notice that by 2013, the formatting and contents of minutes have changed in ways which make it difficult to locate specific information.

Update for Water & Wastewater Page
On the Water & Wastewater page, direct links have been added to all relevant minutes located so far for the years 1999-2006. This should complete Phase 1 of the page's construction.
Phase 2 will identify, summarize and provide direct links to relevant minutes for the years 2007-2012. Phase 3 will identify, and summarize relevant minutes from 2013-2018.
Entries for 2014-2018 will have links to the town website's agenda center containing the meeting packets during which minutes were approved. Approval of minutes for any given meeting date typically occurs one to two meetings later.

ToE Website changes
Due to maintenance and upgrades being performed at the
Town of Edgewood's website, many links are inoperative. I will
restore/replace links as needed once the process is completed.
Meanwhile, the links to information stored on Google Drive and accessed through the Portal are still
working.

Hillcrest and Section 16 updates
I've added recent events to the Hillcrest Master Plan page as well as to the page devoted to the Section 16 Master Plan. Changes to the Hillcrest page include more detailed information about the subdivision and land transfer within Hillcrest to the Town of Edgewood in June and September of 2009 as well as the Town's return of the land in September of 2014.

FAQ sidebar added:
I've added another text box to the upper right side of the Portal in an attempt to answer recent questions from people interested in learning more about the town's finances:
The Town of Edgewood currently posts financial information such as bills paid and monthly Gross Receipts Tax revenues as part of the council packets on its Agendas and Minutes page. When available, I place copies on Drive in the Council Packet folder. Financial information is usually published just before the second regular town council meeting of each month and is found near the end of the document containing packet information. The budget adopted for FY 2014-2015 has not been posted at the Town website, but the FY 2013-2014 budget is available.

Campbell Ranch Master Plan page has been updated:
[Edited on 09/19/2015 For those seeking more information on the development Santa Fe Ranch and Farms, which is part of a larger tract known as Campbell Ranch, please see this post: Campbell Ranch Update which was added on September 17, 2015. Most of the information about Campbell Ranch on the Portal concerns those tracts of land in Santa Fe, Bernalillo, and Sandoval Counties which were annexed by Edgewood on December 3, 2001. I believe Santa Fe Ranch and Farms is located in Santa Fe County just to the north of Edgewood's boundary.]
Original Post:
I've added information and links to the Campbell Ranch Master Plan page to reflect material contained in the November 13, 2014 ruling from the Office of the State Engineer (OSE). The link provided above is to a scanned document; please contact the OSE if you require an official copy of the ruling.

New link added:
I've added a new link in the right-hand sidebar under ToE on Drive which contains my summaries of Edgewood Planning & Zoning Commission agendas.
This project is only about half done with summaries having been
completed for 2000, 2001, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013,
and part of 2014. The source material used in preparing these summaries
consists primarily of old commission minutes, recordings of selected
meetings, and (when available) my notes. Next on my list is 2002.

A change in policy for accepting comments:
All comments at the Portal are moderated and those leaving comments are prompted to type in a word verification. Since most of the feedback I receive comes via email, phone calls or personal conversations, I believe the change will have minimal impact.
Do you have questions about any of the links and information posted on the blog or on Google Drive? If so, please leave a comment or contact me via the e-mail address listed in the profile. After some deliberation, I have decided to turn off the Blogger option of posting by anonymous users. I will continue to accept posts made by users signed in with Google or Open ID accounts. If you wish to post anonymously, you may submit your post via email and I will consider posting it with the caveat that I reserve the right to edit for libel or language which I deem offensive.
A reminder about updates to sidebar information for email subscribers:
In response to requests I've received to "pin" links to current/time sensitive information at or near the top of the page, I've added a text box in the upper right sidebar with links to current documents posted at the ToE website. I've also updated information on upcoming town meetings and public hearings found in the left sidebar.
Thursday, March 27, 2014
New page added:
I've added a new page named Economic Development which currently has information about the town's economic development activities, Senate Bill 175, the MESD reorganization plan, and Lone Pine Ranch.

Name changed and information added to one of the portal's pages:

Update on Portal contents and sidebar information for e-mail subscribers:
I've had requests to provide an update of information posted in the sidebars of the Portal because only daily posts are included with e-mail notifications or sharing via social media. A summary of the current layout follows the page break. I have also added a new page which describes the blog and its contents.
Friday, January 24, 2014
New sidebar added:
Because I continue to receive requests for information about the Town of Edgewood Resolution 2014-01, I decided to place the information in the upper left sidebar so that the links aren't buried under subsequent posts. I will add a link to the minutes of the 01/18/2014 special council meeting when they are available.
Wednesday, January 15, 2014
Link added:
I've placed a link to the web page of the Moriarty-Edgewood School District in the Outside Links list in the sidebar. The website contains contact information and is updated regularly with news about meetings and activities.

Updates to the Section 16 page:
