New link added:

I've added a new link in the right-hand sidebar under ToE on Drive which contains my summaries of Edgewood Planning & Zoning Commission agendas.  This project is only about half done with summaries having been completed for 2000, 2001, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and part of 2014. The source material used in preparing these summaries consists primarily of old commission minutes, recordings of selected meetings, and (when available) my notes. Next on my list is 2002.

THE TOWN OF EDGEWOOD Planning & Zoning Commission will consider the following during a PUBLIC HEARING on July 1,2014 starting at 6:00  pm at the Edgewood Community Center, 27 E. Frontage Road:

    

REQUEST FORLOT LINE VACATION/REPLATFOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT #5 PLAZA COURT AND 1887 OLD US 66, TRACTS 1-D, 1-E OF THE EDGEWOOD PLAZA SUBDIVISION, SECTION 28, T 10 N, R 7 E, N.M.P.M. EDGEWOOD, NM. 7.266 ACRES ZONED C-2 COMMERCIAL. THE LOT LINE SEPARATING TRACTS 1-D AND 1-E WILL BE VACATED AND REPLATED TO CREATE A 1.459 ACRE LOT FOR TRACT 1-D, AND A 2.576 ACRE LOT FOR TRACT 1-E.

    

During the PUBLIC HEARING, citizens will be given the opportunity to comment on the above items. • Legal notices (pages 13-14) From the town of Edgewood: P&Z will hold a public hearing on July 1, 2014 to hear a request for vacation of a lotline and replatting of a tract located at # 5 Plaza Court in Edgewood, NM.  The governing body has scheduled public input during the council meeting of July 2, 2014 on an ordinance to allow appointment of an alternate judge, the Infrastructure Capital Improvements Plan, and changes to the Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances.
